From reading around and researching tokyo_akazukin, I learned the character goes by two names, Akazukin and Astarte, which is her true identity learned much later. Danbooru uses the tag akazukin_(tokyo_akazukin) already. Because this character goes by two names, I'm going to add on astarte_(tokyo_akazukin) to this character's images and keep both tags on her since I think that is the way it is done with characters known to have two names.

i'll also change the astarte on her images to astarte_(tokyo_akazukin) because I think there is more than one character with the name Astarte.

I don't really like that. Unless there is some kind of difference between the characters known by different names, such as say sarah_kerrigan and queen_of_blades, where one of them only refers to the character in some given specific state. Otherwise, there should be only one tag, and an alias to make sure that people searching for one get the rest as well.

This is a similar policy to copyrights that overlap. For example, adult Nanoha would be tagged both mahou_shoujo_lyrical_nanoha and mahou_shoujo_lyrical_nanoha_strikers.

I only did it because Danbooru did that for the kanon_(wild_arms) tag and aisha_bernadette tags of Wild Arms 2, which on Danbooru specifically says to use both tags for this character whenever she's in an image: danbooru.donmai.us/wiki/show?title=kanon_%28wild_arms_2%29

At the same time, Danbooru is inconsistent and didn't apply that to Astarte/Akazukin; they only use the akazukin_(tokyo_akazukin) tag.

I think there is one image that is Astarte in her true form though, however, at the same time, the image is a chapter title page from the manga so it would be deleted anyway: post #487190

In the end, I can remove the astarte_(tokyo_akazukin) tag, but i'll have to remove the aisha_bernadette tag too as well as look for any other characters with multiple names but a single state. I do agree with the redundancy, was just following a format I saw on Danbooru.

EDIT 1: In a similar light for the tag lightning_farron, Lightning is the character's self-made code name, not her first name; her first name is Claire (Eclair in the original Japanese). So her tag should either be her code name, written perhaps as lightning_(ff_xiii) or her real full name. I would choose Lightning since her code name is more popular than her real name.

EDIT 2: This image is locked post #1080390, so I'm unable to replace the spirited-away tag with sen_to_chihiro_no_kamikakushi

EDIT #3: Scratch what I said in Edit #1, Danbooru uses the lightning_farron tag and set up aliases to it from lightning_(ffxiii) and lightning_(ff13). So I'll assume we'll keep this set up how Danbooru has it.

I'm going to begin working on aliasing "twincest" into "twins incest" now, using the new mass tagging tool.
