That bit of information about the mail was important (to me). Because it would indicate that Lozer and the artist made an agreement of some sort for that message to appear...

yeah nah.
You get brought to your e-mail when you tag if you have a new mail. It's like this for all mails/users.
That said, I banned him for tag poisoning before you posted (when I said 'consider him prevented.', I guess go ahead and undo his tag edits.

guh. I'll go ahead and finish reverting his changes, after that, I'll go and unlock the ones I've locked already and you can add those tags, then send me a message via the site and I'll go back to locking them...again.

I think I got them all. If not, link the locked ones in a mail (use [post.]postnumberhere[./post] (minus the periods)), and I'll unlock them and perform the corrections myself when I get a chance again.
