I transcribed a bunch of the Japanese text in an image to aid any would-be translators, but when I tried to post it as a comment it turned into question marks. Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone know a workaround?

Nope, it's coming out fine here, it's just the comments that are doing it.

Happens on mobile, at least iOS too, apostrophes turn into question marks.
