To give you an answer, I'd answer my own question as C and D, but IRL I've only ever been attracted to dudes. From what I can tell I experience porn very unusually, which is why I was interested in others' answers on this.
Porn is only erotic in kind of a conceptual/abstract way for me, and the people in it aren't really relevant at all (nor any of their characteristics like sex or appearance) in comparison to the self-insert appeal of the act being depicted, so long as it's still possible with said participants & the minimum aspect of my gender identity (i.e. the penetrating party having a dick - I'm a top.) You could make a doujin of two classic "ugly NTR guys" where one does some really creatively humiliating (but non-gore etc.) shit to the other and that'll be my new favorite. However, you could replace the submissive person with a 2D depiction of a conventionally attractive woman or an extremely attractive twink or bear or whatever, or replace the ugly top with an attractive one or even a futa or something and I wouldn't have that much of a preference between any of those versions.
Despite this in real life, I'm only ever into dudes. Sexuality is weird man.
