Childbirth is always painful, but the pain can vary, and the pain can be numbed by the experience, hormones and ecstasy. There has indeed been several reports of women who barely experience any pain birthing without help and some that even get orgasms during it.

That may sound odd given what you see in all movies full of panic, but it's not. Childbirth is a natural process and there's a lot of false scare stories out there in how horrible it should be. That's not to say they don't exist, people's bodies are different, but that it's the "default" experience of how it should be is not true.

So while this is bordering over to "fantasy", having enjoyable anal sex might help birthing if makes you reach orgasmic state easier, with pleasure numbing the pain.

Hopefully this helps anyone enjoy this art better than simply say it's weird, unreal (well, apart of the anthro) or disturbing!
