Teen girls come in all shapes and sizes, and some are super super tight like you wouldn't believe, while still being considered teens.

But she's not a teen. People have already explained that here but some still seem to think this is how she would realistically look. For being 18, like Yoko really is in part one, this is not realistic at all. Upvoting anon1 is just being misguided.
