Both are artists from Deviant art yet I saw all of JCDR's stuff get deleted while Matsu-Sensei's stuff remains.

Matsu-Sensei is a good artist, save for the times he goes "Fuck anatomy."
JCDR has his moments of competency, but for the most part it seems to be poorly drawn stuff like www.pixiv.net/member_illu...um&illust_id=28879853
It's not a case of all-or-nothing, western artists are only selectively allowed based on their quality of art.
That said, if I were a moderator, I'd try finding the better images of JCDR's to restore assuming they were ever even uploaded, but extenuating circumstance is currently keeping me from that.
