No, she is not. In Lilly's route she is simply pretty much ''forced'' to stand on her own because her best friends ended up together.
In her own route however, she might take some more time to assert her own individuality and independence even through the wrong way (*ahem* sex) but in the end she proves to her significant other that she is not to be protected all the time, even if she has not completely got over her personal demons yet, but still she gets better, and gets a boyfriend out of the deal too.
